Oritsefemi To Perform For President Goodluck Jonathan’s World Wide Campaign

President Goodluck Jonathan has reportedly hired
singer, Oritsefemi to perform for his nationwide
campaign. Oritsefemi is said to have secured the
job after his performance at the campaign launch
which took place at the Tafawa Balewa Square in
Lagos on Thursday, January 8. The president was
reportedly pleased with the star’s performance
and even sang along to his songs. To seal the
deal, Oritsefemi sang a special campaign song for
Jonathan titled “Great Jonathan.”
According to Vanguard, the ‘ Double Wahala’ star
will now be on Jonathan’s campaign team and is
expected to perform at the next rally in Akure,
Ondo State.
In an interview with Daily Times January 2, 2015,
Oritsefemi was asked if he was campaigning for
anybody in the coming February 14 election and
he said:
“My brother, I’m a neutral man. I can play for
anybody irrespective of their political parties or
the position they are vying for.”
